Kaila Mandi, May 11: Eight people, including three family members, two militants, two soldiers and a photojournalist of a Jammu based English daily were killed and eleven injured in fierce encounter with militants between militants and forces at village Rakh Amb Tali of Kaili Mandi in Samba district in Jammu on Sunday.
