ATTACK ON NCSU PRESIDENT: Students hold protest, demand action against culprits

NCSU today held a protest demonstration against the GGM Science College administration and J&K Police for not initiating action against the culprits who attacked the organization’s GGM Science College President Ratesh Choudhary yesterday.  

The protesters led by Sahil Singh Jamwal (President NCSU Jammu University) and Vivek Parihar (Senior Vice President Jammu University NCSU) blocked the Canal Road raising slogans against the college administration and the Police demanding that action be action be initiated against the people who attacked NCSU GGM Science College President.  

While speaking on the occasion, Ratesh Choudhary said that yesterday on 12th of September, when he was coming to the college alone, goons and some students of GGM Science College attacked him with sharp weapons.

He said an application demanding action against the culprits was given to the college administration and Police Station Canal Road but no action has been taken. Those people roaming in the college freely, he said.

He demanded strict action against the culprits.

He warned if action is not taken against the culprits within 24 hours, NCSU will intensify agitation and boycott classes. 

Avi Saini, Vishal Singh, Vishawjeet Singh, Sulaksh Kotwal, Abhinandan, Hritik, Subham, Sudanshu, Pankaj and many students of GGM Science College participated in the protest.
